Made from grapes from organic vineyards in southern Burgundy, Crémant de Bourgogne from Château de Sassangy is made from Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir. Minimum 12 months bottle fermentation, 12% alcohol.
As Chardonnay is the main grape in this Crémant, its freshness, fruit and finesse dominate. Pinot Noir adds structure and richness. A harmonious and charming sparkling wine, perfect as an aperitif or with seafood and fish dishes.
