In Menfi, the heat of summer and the sea breeze combine to create a firm and juicy character in the Nero d’Avola grapes. Grown on southwest-facing slopes with limestone in the ground and vertically tied vines (Guyot), which reduces yields and ensures high quality. Harvested mid-September, fermented and matured for 3 months in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine, which is vegan, offers dense fruit, soft tannins and a polished character. The scent has notes of juicy red stone fruits such as ripe cherries, cloudberries and plum, as well as a touch of spices and mushrooms. 14% alcohol.
