Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.<\/p><p>All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner.<\/p><p>grontkontor.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.<\/p><p>Delivery<br \/>We supply all stock items within 1-2 days on all days incl. Saturday and Sunday, with orders made before 6 pm 15.00.<\/p><p>Out-of-stock and non-stocked items are shipped within the deadline specified on the product page.<\/p><p>The goods are delivered with GLS. Orders to private addresses will normally be delivered to parcel shop.<\/p><p>Items are only handed out against receipt. If the customer requests delivery without a receipt, this is done at the customer\u2019s own risk.<\/p><p>warranty<br \/>A 2 year warranty is given according to the Buying Act. COD.<\/p><p>Reimbursement<br \/>If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.<\/p><p>Cancellation<br \/>14 days full return policy is given on goods purchased in our webshop. This does not apply to printed matter and goods ordered with imprint.<br \/>The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.<\/p><p>Return costs are borne by the buyer.<\/p><p>Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days after returning the shipment.<\/p><p>The notification must be given per mail at klage@grontkontor.groentliv.dk. In the announcement you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.<\/p><p>The item\u2019s condition when you return it<br \/>The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please enclose a copy of the receipt. If the item shows signs of being used so that the quality is degraded, the possibility of returning is lost.
