In Menfi, Chardonnay grapes are grown on cool clay and calcareous soils, which gives optimal results. The vines are vertically tied, which ensures early ripening and a harvest in August with good acidity in the fruit. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine ripens for 3 months. It is vegan and offers fatness, freshness and bites with shades of green apples, peaches, basil and almonds. 13% alcohol.
