Passi Reali Bianco is a delicious organic wine with harmonious balance of fruit sweetness, bite, freshness and fullness. Appassimento white wines typically have slightly more residual sugar than traditional wines. After fermentation, the wine matures on precipitate for 2 months in steel tanks, adding exotic notes of ripe, tropical fruits. From the Abruzzo mountains, a mineral character and structure is added.
Suitable for vegetable dishes, pasta, fish, seafood or poultry in white sauces. 14.5% alcohol.
