This climate-friendly pendant is hand-sewn in Italy and made from strong cellulose based paper from FSC-certified wood. The paper can be shaped and smoothed to the expression that suits your needs. Please note that the lamps are sold in sets of 2 pieces.
The FSC certification ensures replanting of forests, protection of animal and plant life and ensuring good pay and working conditions.
Paper / cardboard is usually produced from recycled paper or wood, which is a renewable resource. Paper is biodegradable and recyclable up to approx. 7 times. Recycled paper, PEFC or FSC certified paper is clearly preferable from an environmental point of view.
